Zero Tolerance Policy: Any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Scope
This policy applies to:
- All users of the Hola application
- All content submitted through the application
- All interactions with AI companions
- All employees, contractors, and partners of the Company
Age Restriction
Hola is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly allow minors to use our service. Our measures include:
- Age verification during account registration
- Clear age requirements in our Terms of Service
- Immediate account termination if a user is found to be a minor
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on Hola:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
- Sexual content involving minors, including text-based content
- Grooming behavior or attempts to solicit minors
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
- Any content that sexualizes children
- Discussions promoting or normalizing child abuse
- Attempts to use AI companions to generate CSAE content
- Any activity that endangers the safety of children
Detection and Prevention
We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE:

- AI content filters to detect and block inappropriate content
- Pattern recognition systems to identify grooming behavior
- Automated scanning for known CSAM indicators
- Regular audits of AI responses to prevent harmful outputs
Human Review
- Trained moderation team for flagged content review
- Regular policy compliance audits
- Continuous improvement of detection systems
Reporting Mechanisms
How to Report
If you encounter any CSAE content or suspicious behavior, please report it immediately:
- In-App: Use the report button available in conversations
- Email: help@holaapp.in
- Emergency: Contact local law enforcement directly
Your reports matter: All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. You may report anonymously if you prefer.
What Happens After a Report
- Immediate review of the reported content/account
- Preservation of evidence if violation is confirmed
- Immediate account suspension pending investigation
- Reporting to relevant authorities as required by law
- Permanent account termination for confirmed violations
Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and comply with all legal requirements regarding CSAE. This includes:
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
- Reporting to Indian authorities including NCRB (National Crime Records Bureau)
- Preserving and providing evidence as legally required
- Cooperating with international law enforcement agencies
Employee Training
All employees and contractors who may encounter user content receive:
- Mandatory CSAE awareness training
- Training on identifying and reporting CSAE
- Regular refresher courses
- Access to mental health support
Consequences of Violations
Users who violate this policy face:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
- Cooperation with any resulting investigations
- Legal action as appropriate
