Subscription Plans
Hola offers the following subscription options:
- Free Plan: Limited daily messages at no cost
- Weekly Plan: Unlimited access billed weekly
- Monthly Plan: Unlimited access billed monthly
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- After your subscription expires, you'll be moved to the Free Plan
- Your conversation history and data will be preserved
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through:
- The Hola app: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription management
- Contacting our support team at help@holaapp.in
Refund Eligibility
Automatic Refunds
We provide automatic refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Charges made after cancellation was processed
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
Refund Requests
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The app does not function as described
- You experience persistent technical issues that prevent use
- You were charged incorrectly
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after using the service
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Violations of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at help@holaapp.in
- Include your registered phone number or email
- Provide the transaction ID or date of purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- UPI Payments: Refunded to original UPI ID within 5-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card within 7-10 business days
- Wallets: Refunded to original wallet within 5-7 business days
- App Store/Play Store: Processed according to Apple/Google policies
Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- If you forget to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of the first charge for a full refund
