Refund Policy.

Transparent and fair billing. Here is how refunds and cancellations work for Hola subscriptions and any paid features.

At Hola, we believe in transparent and fair billing practices. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans and any paid features.

02Subscription Plans

Hola offers the following subscription options:

  • Free Plan: Limited daily messages at no cost
  • Weekly Plan: Unlimited access billed weekly
  • Monthly Plan: Unlimited access billed monthly

03Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • After your subscription expires, you'll be moved to the Free Plan
  • Your conversation history and data will be preserved

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through:

  1. The Hola app: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  2. Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription management
  3. Contacting our support team at help@holaapp.in

04Refund Eligibility

Automatic Refunds

We provide automatic refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Charges made after cancellation was processed
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Refund Requests

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The app does not function as described
  • You experience persistent technical issues that prevent use
  • You were charged incorrectly

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

05How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at help@holaapp.in
  2. Include your registered phone number or email
  3. Provide the transaction ID or date of purchase
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

06Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • UPI Payments: Refunded to original UPI ID within 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card within 7-10 business days
  • Wallets: Refunded to original wallet within 5-7 business days
  • App Store/Play Store: Processed according to Apple/Google policies

07Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
  • If you forget to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of the first charge for a full refund
